Trip closes on March 17, register and pay by then.

Bus departure April 4, 4PM sharp from Van Nuys Flyaway, 4:30 from Golden Valley Park & Ride.

ITINERARY – APRIL 4 – 6 2025 BUS TRIP
(subject to change if necessary)

BUS ETIQUETTE:
• Please stow as much of your gear as possible in the luggage compartments below the bus
• Seats are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis and will be your seat for the remainder of the trip
• You may place your belongings on the seat in order to reserve it
• Use the overhead compartment nearest you for additional storage
• Please do not move other people’s belongings

Friday 4/4/25

3:30 pm: Meet bus at Van Nuys Flyaway (7610 Woodley Avenue, Van Nuys)
4:00 pm: Bus departs
4:30 pm: Pick up at Golden Valley Road
After: Sack lunch and drinks will be provided
Pizza Factory dinner orders for Sunday will be collected
Movie will be shown
9:30 pm: Condos will be assigned (along with “Condo Captains” who will be the lines of communication for any problems or changes in schedule)
10:00 pm: Approximate arrival time to Mammoth Creek Condos (96 Meadow Lane)

Saturday 4/5/25

8:00 am: Bus leaves for slopes – Main Lodge parking lot*
4:30 pm: Bus leaves from Main Lodge for condominiums*
6:30 pm: Appetizers and drinks (Condo #58)
7:00 pm: Dinner (Condo #58)

Sunday 4/6/25

7:30 am: Check out of condo and load bus. Please place as much of your gear as possible in the luggage compartment. Condo Captains please make sure condo rules for trash disposal, dishwasher and heater settings are followed. Return key to office.
8:00 am: Bus leaves for slopes – Main Lodge parking lot*
4:30 pm: Bus leaves from Main Lodge for home
6:30 pm: Approximate pick up time for dinner at Pizza Factory in Lone Pine
10:00 pm: Approximate arrival at Van Nuys Flyaway
