Visit to Stagecoach Inn Museum

The museum’s main feature is the old Grand Union Hotel built in 1876. The hotel, carriage house, school house and other buildings are part of Pioneer history in the Conejo Valley. Walking from building to building through beautiful grounds is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. You just can’t beat hearing stories from real live docents about Jungleland, old stagecoach runs and ironing. That’s right, ironing. No other museum displays irons like the Stagecoach Inn Museum. It’s amazing. And, you will also see the largest exhibit of hair art west of the Mississippi! There’s a lot more to the Old West than you ever knew.

The price of admission is $4.00 for seniors and $5.00 for anyone who wants to say they are not a senior.

Let’s meet on the front porch of the museum at 1:30PM on Saturday November 9th. The directions are below.
We can roll on over to the Country Harvest Restaurant, 3345 Kimber Dr., Newbury Park, Ca when we’re done at the museum if you‘re hungry.
